Built for the businesses doing the work

Neowork Ops comes out of Neowork Studios, and out of watching too many teams hold their operation together with spreadsheets and copy-paste.

Most operations software is built for one slice of a business. A job tracker that knows nothing about invoices. A CRM that knows nothing about the work. A task board that knows nothing about either. Every team that buys all three ends up doing the integration by hand.

We built Neowork Ops the other way round: one set of records, one workspace, and features that are only worth shipping if they connect to what is already there. A quote becomes a job. A job becomes an invoice. The client page shows all of it without anyone assembling the picture.

Ops is built and run by Neowork Studios. It is one product rather than a module of something larger, and it is shaped by the businesses running it — if something in here does not match how the work actually goes, we would rather hear it than not.

How we build

Four things we do not compromise on

Connected by default

If a number exists somewhere in Ops, you should never type it again. Features that cannot share data do not ship.

Light where it can be

Depth belongs where the work is hard. Everywhere else, the fewest clicks that do the job.

No lock-in

Your data is yours and exportable. We would rather earn the renewal than trap you into it.

Built with operators

Ops is shaped by the businesses running it, not by a roadmap written in isolation.
